I really can´t help but miss the supers of the past decades, the ideal womanly bodies, the healthy glow, the happy poses.

Recession schmecession
Recession schmecession. Cathy Horyn has a list of some of her Fall 2009 Paris favorites, along with their prices — those thigh-high Stella McCartney boots, for instance, will run $1,145-$1,635. As for the opening beaded tops that were paired with draped satin skirts at Balenciaga? The long-sleeve versions will be . . . wait for it . . . $50,000. And they say Balmain is pricey.

Covers
I like the fact Beth Ditto -and her plump figure are getting lots of attention in the fashion world.
A little variety never hurt anyone. She´s a talent as well. Good for her. Beyoncé is on April Vogue looking demure and gorgeous, U.S Vogue went with a black woman two months in a row, I´m liking that.
But there´s been a long time since a cover has had that WOW factor for me-like this Dazed Cover. Love the lovely indian cover model-Lakshmi-and even though that Dolce&Gabbana collection was a disaster that Aqua blue Mickey Mouse ear top with that styling is just gorgeous. Gorgeous!
